Kids & Teens Strength & Conditioning

Our Kids & Teens Strength & Conditioning program is designed to support long-term physical development, confidence, and positive training habits in a structured and supportive environment.

This is not a general fitness class or free play. Each session is coached, purposeful, and age-appropriate.

Kids Program (Ages 7–11)

The Kids program focuses on helping children:

  • Develop fundamental movement skills
  • Improve coordination and balance
  • Build confidence and body awareness
  • Enjoy being active in a structured setting

Sessions are engaging and fun, while still teaching important foundations such as squatting, jumping, pushing, pulling, and landing safely.

Kids train in a dedicated Kids-only session designed specifically for their stage of development.

‍Teens Program (Ages 12–16)

The Teens program teaches young people how to train properly and safely as they grow.

Teens will work on:

  • Strength and athletic development
  • Proper technique and movement quality
  • Confidence in the gym environment
  • Discipline, consistency, and accountability

Programming is progressive and coached with a strong emphasis on technique before intensity.

Teens train separately from Kids to ensure the environment, coaching, and expectations are appropriate.

What a Session Looks Like

Kids sessions (45 minutes):

  • Warm-up and movement games
  • Skill development and coordination
  • Team-based activities
  • Positive reinforcement and confidence building

Teens sessions (60 minutes):

  • Warm-up and movement preparation
  • Strength and skill development
  • Athletic conditioning
  • Coaching guidance and accountability

Training Schedule

  • Kids (7–11): Monday – Thursday, 4:15–5:00pm
  • Teens (12–16): Monday – Thursday, 5:00–6:00pm

Programs run term-based, aligned with NSW school terms.
Spots are capped to maintain quality and safety.

A Clear Pathway as They Grow

As teens develop, we provide a guided pathway into our adult Group Strength & Conditioning program when they’re ready.

This transition is:

  • Coach-led
  • Age and maturity appropriate
  • Focused on safety and confidence

Families can feel confident their child has a long-term training home as they grow.
