Our Kids & Teens Strength & Conditioning program is designed to support long-term physical development, confidence, and positive training habits in a structured and supportive environment.
This is not a general fitness class or free play. Each session is coached, purposeful, and age-appropriate.
The Kids program focuses on helping children:
Sessions are engaging and fun, while still teaching important foundations such as squatting, jumping, pushing, pulling, and landing safely.
Kids train in a dedicated Kids-only session designed specifically for their stage of development.
The Teens program teaches young people how to train properly and safely as they grow.
Teens will work on:
Programming is progressive and coached with a strong emphasis on technique before intensity.
Teens train separately from Kids to ensure the environment, coaching, and expectations are appropriate.

Programs run term-based, aligned with NSW school terms.
Spots are capped to maintain quality and safety.
As teens develop, we provide a guided pathway into our adult Group Strength & Conditioning program when they’re ready.
This transition is:
Families can feel confident their child has a long-term training home as they grow.
Spots are limited each term to ensure a high-quality coaching experience.
