Service providers and platforms:

  • PushPress / PushPress GROW — our customer relationship management (CRM) and gym management system
  • Payment processors — to process membership payments and direct debits
  • Email and SMS providers — to deliver communications you have consented to receive
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google — for advertising, analytics, and lead generation, including custom audience matching using hashed contact information

We store your information electronically in secure systems protected by access controls, authentication, and encryption in transit. Physical records (where they exist) are stored at our Padstow location with restricted access.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no system is completely secure. If a data breach occurs that is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
